Outside My Studio is not your conventional portrait studio because I shoot exclusively on location by utilizing the natural beauty found in and around the Pacific Northwest. My philosophy centers around the notion that placing a child in an unnatural setting - such as a portrait studio - makes it far more difficult and unlikely to capture that child's true, natural expressions and personality. My approach is to seek an environment where your child is completely comfortable - whether on a hike, at a local park, or in your own backyard - and photograph their authentic behaviors and reactions to the elements surrounding them.

~How painful and stressful is it to get your children to pose for a camera indoors in
front of a backdrop??? I had done this a number of times with my children and
typically the pictures turned out horrible and disappointing. When I heard of
Outside My Studio Photography, I was so excited, because I knew this was a chance to
have my children photographed in a setting of their choice. My 3 three year old
loves the park, so this is where the session took place. Christina does an amazing
job capturing the beauty of children in a natural setting. Christina is not only is
extremely talented with the camera, but also has a calming way with the children.
We had so many pictures that turned out so well, we had a hard time choosing. Her
prices are reasonable and she has a variety of packages to choose from. You will
not be disappointed with Christina's work. She is a true artist!

As a mom of three active boys capturing pictures of them together has never been
easy, until now. Outside My Studio does a fantastic job of putting children in a
comfortable setting allowing kids to feel relaxed in front of the camera, and better
yet, you can pick the place! Concept aside, Christina does an unbelievable job
connecting with the kids. She captures their personality with every shot. My boys
enjoyed every minute of our photo session and my husband and I LOVE the results. We
have so many wonderful pictures to choose from. We look forward to working with
Christina again in the future!

Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy has a great kid's
party idea .  It's a fashion show/photo shoot and they set up red carpet 
and a whole little mini-set in your living room while the kids dress up and have a ball !  
Kind of spendy but really , really fun .  You get to keep the pictures too.

~I had my daughter's birthday party at Little Pixels studio last month .  It 
was areally fun kind of photo shoot where the girls all get to dress up and model 
down the runway .  Let me tell you - those girls had so much fun I could not believe 
what hams they were in front of the camera and how they turned into little models .  
I would definately recommend it to anyone wanting something different to do for a
party that is fun and that the girls really enjoyed doing.  The photos were
surprisingly good quality too -really clear professional photos . I found Little
Pixels online on your Oregon Moms website- so thank you !  I highly recommend 
this party!
